Surprise Challenge
Candidates face a real-time challenge tailored to their chosen specialization (e.g., a quick graphic design task, live video edit, or impromptu write-up). This round tests candidates’ ability to perform under pressure.

Interview Round
A focused interview allows candidates to discuss their passion, prior experiences, and how they can contribute to the club. Final selections are based on both technical and cultural fit with the club.

A panel interview assesses candidates’ overall potential, enthusiasm for joining the club, and alignment with the club’s mission. Successful candidates are welcomed into the Spartans family.
